A dynamic and goal-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our B2C sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch-level business growth, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the expansion of retail and unsecured lending products while working in a fast-paced NBFC environment.
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline is required.
Preferred Skills & Expertise:
- Experience in managing DSA networks and connectors.
- Proven track record in handling salaried personal loans and other retail lending products.
- Strong understanding of personal loans and unsecured loan portfolios.
- Ability to build and motivate sales teams, achieve targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification Required –
Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in SME Banking or with NBFCs involved in SME Banking. For applicants applying at the M2 level, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
