Note: All applicants must have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 and no loan defaults.
Eligibility –
Each role has specific qualification needs, such as –
- Technical Roles – Degrees like B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in relevant fields. Certifications in Data Science, Agile (SAFe, PMI-ACP), CRM, etc., are highly preferred.
- Finance Roles – CA, MBA, or degrees in Finance/Economics. Certifications like CFA or CPA add value.
- Project Roles – PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certifications are beneficial.
Salary –
- Pay: Competitive and based on your qualifications and experience.
- Posting: Anywhere across India, depending on Bank’s operational needs.
Contract Terms –
- Initial Term – 5 years
- Extension – Renewable up to 10 years based on performance
- Retirement Age Limit – 60 years
