Essential qualifications are –
| Qualification & Experience | Details |

| i) Educational Qualification | Applicant must have an LLB degree from a recognized university in India. Preferably from National Law Universities or other reputed Law Institutes. An LLM in Constitutional Law/Electoral Laws is also desirable. |
| ii) Additional Qualifications | Extra credit will be given for a PhD in a related field or experience working as a practicing advocate in the related field. |
| Desirable | The candidate should provide a work plan that outlines areas and activities of work, with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. |
Salary – 9 lakh per annum and deduction as per govt. policy.
