Eligibility Criteria –
1. Nationality & Residency –
- Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
- Proof Required: Valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
2. Educational Qualification –
- 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Civil & Planning from an AICTE-recognized institute.
- Only full-time, regular courses accepted (Distance/online diplomas not eligible).
- Upload: All semester/year mark sheets and final diploma certificate.
3. Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025) –
- General: 18–40 years
- SC/ST: Up to 45 years (5-year relaxation)
- OBC/MOBC: Up to 43 years (3-year relaxation)
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 42 years (General), 45 (OBC), 47 (SC/ST)
- PwBD: 10-year relaxation (all categories)
Age Proof: Only Class 10/12 admit card/marksheet (with DOB) accepted.
4. For PwBD Candidates –
- Must submit a disability certificate from a competent authority.
5. For Current Govt. Employees (Assam) –
- Must upload an employment certificate from their department.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required.
6. Small Family Norms –
- Submit a declaration (Form-A) as per Assam Govt. guidelines.
