Qualification and Experience Needed –
- Candidates must be retired PSU employees at E-7/E-6 level or equivalent from Central/State Government, Defence, Paramilitary Forces, or employees from reputed organizations. They should have at least 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Communication, Navigation, Surveillance, and Air Traffic Automation Systems/Facilities at airports or field stations.
- A one-month cooling-off period after retirement is mandatory before being engaged as a consultant.
- Candidates who have already completed a cumulative period of 5 years as a consultant in AAI on a contract basis are not eligible to apply again.
Job Responsibilities –
- Coordinate daily with various departments such as Civil, Electrical, Operations, ATC, OEM/Vendors, airline operators, and media service providers to ensure timelines are met.
- Assist in laying cables, operating, and maintaining ancillary CNS equipment and UPS systems.
- Support Air Navigation Services (ANS) related tasks in Air Traffic Services Complexes or Technical Buildings.
Monthly Salary – A fixed monthly remuneration of ₹75,000 (Seventy-Five Thousand Rupees only), all-inclusive.
