- Must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Should have completed the internship.
- Must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council.

- MBBS Degree Certificate / FMGE Certificate (if applicable)

- Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / PAN)
- Printed copy of the filled application form
