Qualifications Needed –
A Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration from a government-recognized University or Institution.
Experience –
At least 5 years of experience in the medical or insurance sector.
Job Responsibilities –

| 1. | Ensure beneficiaries have a completely cashless experience when receiving treatment under PMJAY & MMJAY. Collect feedback from every beneficiary. |
| 2. | Supervise and monitor the Arogya Mitra (ARM)/Pradhan Mantri Arogya Mitra (PMAM). |
| 3. | Coordinate with ISA officials to make sure beneficiaries of the schemes don’t face any issues. |
| 4. | Work with the AAAS IT team to resolve any IT portal or platform issues. |
| 5. | Coordinate with clinics and pharmacists to make sure that medicines are provided to beneficiaries are available. |
| 6. | Collaborate with the hospital’s clinical department to ensure pre-authorization requests are processed. |
| 7. | Report to the Hospital Superintendent and follow the instructions given. You will also be assigned duty hours and rosters by the Superintendent. |
| 8. | Provide daily, monthly, and MIS reports to the designated SHA personnel. Conduct hospital audits as directed by AAAS, and escalate any grievances or issues related to beneficiaries to the SHA SPOC/Superintendent when necessary. |
| 9. | Ensure smooth administration of both schemes in the hospital. Adhere strictly to the “PMJAY First” rule, ensuring beneficiaries are transitioned from MMJAY to PMJAY when they are eligible under common packages. |
| 10. | Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO. |
Monthly Salary –
Rs. 40,000 per month.
