| Remuneration | Consolidated fixed monthly honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- (all-inclusive) |

| Job Roles | i) Work closely with medical and HR teams for ATCO selection, ensuring high quality and accuracy of methods used. ii) Plan and conduct training on mental health for ATCOs. iii) Encourage help-seeking behavior in ATCOs. iv) Conduct Mental Status Examination and interviews for ATCOs. v) Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests for diagnosis based on scientific knowledge. vi) Support medical team in evaluating fitness for safety-sensitive duties. vii) Engage in counselling/psychotherapy for ATCOs and their families. viii) Visit outstations (airports) to conduct mental health promotion lectures. ix) Maintain confidentiality and foster a positive environment. x) Maintain ATCO’s personality and cognitive profiles database. xi) Perform other related duties as assigned. |
