- Ensure portfolio quality by reducing delinquency rates and minimizing rejections.
- Stay updated with retail assets, products, operations, and emerging market trends.
- Identify new opportunities and market shifts to expand channel development and improve customer experience.
- Suggest process and policy enhancements within Retail Banking to improve efficiency and service standards.
Qualifications –
- Graduation – Any stream
- Post-graduation – MBA/PGDM preferred
Experience –
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, retail assets, or loan portfolio management
