Post Details –

• Post name – Local Bank Officer (LBO)
• Total Vacancies – 400
• Posting – Selected candidates will be placed in their applied state only and are expected to work there for at least 12 years or until promotion to SMGS-IV, whichever comes first.
• Salary – Starting basic pay of ₹48,480 with periodic increments (up to ₹85,920). Additional allowances like HRA, DA, etc., as per bank norms.

Eligibility Criteria –

1. Age (as on 01.05.2025) –

• Minimum – 20 years
• Maximum – 30 years
• Age relaxations –
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
  • PwBD – 10 years
  • Others as per Govt. of India guidelines

2. Educational Qualification –

• Graduation (in any discipline) from a recognized university.
• Must possess a final mark sheet/degree certificate by the date of online registration.

3. Language Proficiency –

• Candidates must be expert in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the applied state.
• You may be required to pass a local language test unless you studied it in 10th/12th grade.
